Tracelogistics Policy

TRACE Logistics' mission is to "Provide the best logistics experience for our customers." to fulfill our mission, we must provide a quality and efficient service to our customers, requiring a high degree of protection for people and the environment, involving all levels of our organization. As a company affected by the European Accident Directive (SEVESO), the protection of people, property and the environment are an essential part of our strategy.

To respond to this commitment, the Management establishes the Quality, Environment, Occupational health & Safety (OH&S) Policy, through the following basic keys:

  • Satisfy the requirements and expectations of our customers and other interested parts through processes subject to continuous improvement. The quality and efficiency of our service must be achieved through the rationalization and optimization of our processes and resources. Knowing the needs of our clients, Quality, Environment OH&S and objectives will be established and plans will be developed to achieve them.
  • Prevention actions, through controls, indicators and process reviews that allow errors, accidents, spills, waste to be anticipated. We must analyze the causes of the incidents that have occurred and take the necessary preventive and corrective actions to ensure that they do not happen again.
  • Identify, assess and manage the risks arising from our activity at the level of Quality, Environment and OH&S. We will maintain a Risk Prevention Plan in each operating center and in the centers affected by the Serious Accident Directive, we will implement and maintain a Self-Protection Plan (PAU) in operation to protect people, property and the environment.
  • Promote in all employees and suppliers a sense of responsibility for the environment. Maintaining constant communication, carrying out programs that ensure the efficient use of resources, their reuse and recycling, with the aim of reducing direct and indirect CO2 emissions generated by the activity
  • Encourage the participation of all employees, involving all staff in achieving the objectives, promoting teamwork, communication, training and information in all aspects detailed in this Policy.
  • Maintain a commitment to society, complying at all times with current legislation and maintaining a constant and transparent dialogue with public administrations.
  • Always act within professional ethics, at work, with clients, suppliers and colleagues.

To achieve these objectives, Trace Logistics will plan, develop and implement an Integrated Management System based on the requirements of current regulations on Quality, Environment, OH&S and Prevention of Serious Accidents.

Compliance with these standards will be determined based on objective evidence.
